  The worst bridal shop ever.
  
  Ordered the wrong size bridal gown, failed to grasp what proper measurement needed to be done in order to create a "made to measure" gown.
  
  Ordered a size zero instead of size six bridesmaid gown as they cannot read or write correctly.
  
  Failed to correct the bridesmaid gown the day before the wedding (when the re order arrived!) as their seemstress cannot take measurements.
  
  Incompetency, lack of capacity and capability resulted in this shop being totally awful. With awful customer service.
