  GREAT FOR MY SPORTS INJURIES
  
  I would like to share this with all competitive athletes out there.
  
  This year, in comparison to previous years, I have had no tendonitis or muscle strains.
  
  According to my Chiropractor Dr. Costas, my pelvis was misaligned and my L5 joint was restricted, this was what had caused the pain which had kept me out of training in the past.
  
  I have realised that by having chiropractic care regularly and preventatively my body is more in balance, I have more flexibility, no aches and pains, I sleep better and wake up more refreshed and with more energy.

  after having a lifetime of back problems and starting to accept this was how is was to be for the rest of my life,I tried Costas at the Great Western road clinic,after 4 weeks there was a vast improvement,this was 14 months ago, i now only go for appointment approx every 3 months.I have a new lease of life now and can do most things in life that previous could not dream of,i cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

  After a long period of back/leg pain and having seen multiple Physiotherapists and Chiropractors I decided to give it one last chance and tried Aberdeen Chiropractic Clinic. Within a few visits of seeing Candice Myers I had my first pain free days for over a year and a half.
  
  My body slipped back into its old habits after a month between maintenance visits but is now back on track again. Candices wealth of knowledge is evident and she explains muscle functions and any potential manipulations required.
  
  It was refreshing to see someone adapting their methods as treatment progressed (both when there are changes in condition or indeed no changes as opposed to routinely performing the same manipulations with no benefit which I have experienced elsewhere.) I can now go out for a jog and do not feel drained at the end of the day - this certainly wouldn't have been possible without Candice and the Aberdeen Chiropractic Clinic.
